INFORMATION AT YOUR FINGER TIP
Trust: Transparent and simple cost estimates.
Competitive Prices: Because of our relationships with various replacement part vendors, we give our customers best price options and insight to make informed decisions.
Convenience: Job is carried out at the comfort of your home or office. You no longer need to spend time in traffic or long queues at car repair workshops.
Professionalism: Our technicians are trained and have a wealth of experience which is deployed in their engagements with customers.
Our business model is centered on providing services at customers’ preferred locations. For extensive/specialized repair work, we have partnerships with reputable workshops. We shall, when necessary, book an appointment on your behalf at the closest repair centre.
Our prices are competitive as they are a result of price consistency checks across different vendors. However, we provide estimates prior to carrying out the work. Where the customer feels prices are unacceptable, we can proceed with customer-supplied replacement parts and provide only the labour for installation.
Since estimates are provided before on-site diagnostics by a technician, service requested for may cost more or less. However, after on-site checks are carried out, an updated cost estimate will be provided prior to service delivery.
We have a list of replacement part vendors to ensure you are getting quality parts at a highly competitive price. However, if you choose to provide the parts, our technicians will proceed to carry out the service with the parts you provided. This approach will result in us providing a warranty for labour only, and not on parts
We have access to OEM parts, aftermarket parts or used parts in fairly good condition (aka tokunbo). Our usage history helps us identify quality parts for your car irrespective of the source category. We will however provide advisory for parts procurement and allow the customer to make a decision on which source category parts will be procured from. Only parts chosen by the customer are installed.
Customers are encouraged to contact us if they discover that the issue which we have been contracted to resolve persists. In this case, please provide the job number on your invoice and an appointment will be set up to investigate and perform a rework (if required). We expect the location for rework to remain the same. If the rework is caused by a latent fault in the replacement part provided by the customer, said rework will be carried out at full charge to the customer.
All OEM parts we provide come with a warranty. When customers opt to use aftermarket part (including “tokunbo”), warranties do not apply. Repair services come with a 90-day or 3000km (whichever comes first).
We have painstakingly enrolled competent mechanics and technicians to work on all our customers’ cars. In addition, we have a team of engineers ready to provide back-end technical support to our on-site mechanics whenever required.
When appointments are booked, contact info (number, name including picture) will be sent prior to arrival of the mechanic/technician to verify identity.
We aim to arrive punctually at the scheduled appointment times (and locations). In case of emergency repairs/service, availability of mechanics/technicians and location for said service will be considered prior to providing a response time.
This could be from any one (or more) of the car’s steering and suspension components – steering rack, stabilizer bars, sway bar links and bushings, worn ball joints, damaged struts, etc. You’ll need to have all these, and other elements inspected to arrive at the exact causes of the problem
This could indicate issues in a variety of connected systems – tyre balance, wheel alignment, brake rotors and calipers, engine mounts, etc. A physical inspection and test drive by an experienced professional will help with a repair plan
The usual culprits are brake rotors, discs, calipers and pads. You’ll need to have these components inspected for an accurate diagnosis
If your cranks but won’t start, it could be for several reasons – there isn’t enough fuel supply to the engine (or none at all), faulty spark plugs, inadequate air supply (for combustion), insufficient cylinder compression or even engine timing issues. Contact us if you need help with our experienced professionals
This commonly indicates not enough power (or none at all) is supplied to the starter motor. It could be that the battery terminals are loose, the alternator is faulty, or the starter motor is damaged. To troubleshoot, start by verifying battery terminals are tightly secured. If the engine still won’t start, use a compatible fully charged battery (or try jumping starting from another car). You may contact us for support
Comprehensive diagnosis will be required here. Some probable causes could be a faulty throttle position sensor, clogged mass air flow sensor, low fuel pressure and volume, clogged fuel injectors and filter, weak fuel pump
Could be for a variety of reasons, starting from the common ones – spark plugs, coil packs (ignition coils). A proper diagnosis, which could indicate specific misfiring cylinders, will be required to fix this problem
This also indicates a fault which should be diagnosed and repaired immediately. It is advisable to stop driving the car and have it checked. Consult us to guide you through identifying the problems and fixing them
Please consult the car manufacturer’s service manual. Different cars use different fluids based on design and performance needs. The fluid types for the engine oil, ABS and power steering are often written on the respective fluid reservoir compartment caps while the transmission fluid type is often indicated on the dipstick (if used in the car model).
